Home care can benefit a wide range of individuals, including seniors needing assistance with daily tasks, individuals recovering from surgery or illness, those with disabilities requiring extra support, and even families needing respite care.
At Easy Help at Home, we understand the importance of communication in providing the best possible care. We keep family members and healthcare providers involved in the care plan informed through regular updates and open lines of communication. This may include regular phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to discuss any changes or updates to the care plan. We also encourage family members and healthcare providers to reach out to us with any questions or concerns they may have. Our goal is to ensure that everyone involved in the care plan is informed and involved in the decision-making process, leading to the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Our services requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week for home care.
Each individual will have a personalized service plan for themselves and frequency can vary depending on what suites the individuals need best.
Home health aides typically receive training in areas such as personal care, nutrition, infection control, and basic first aid. They may also receive training specific to certain conditions or client populations. Qualifications can vary by experience. Examples include; hospital, nursing home and assisted living experience. Some may also have certifications or additional training in areas like CPR or specialized care techniques.
In home care, services can include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments. Services can be tailored to the specific needs of each client.
At Easy Help at Home, we provide 24/7 emergency on-call support with registered nurses. This means that no matter the time of day or night, our clients and their families can reach out to a qualified professional for immediate assistance and guidance. Our registered nurses are here to provide peace of mind and ensure that our clients receive the care they need, when they need it most.
Yes! We offer respite care for families for overnight events, vacations, business trips etc.

Yes. A client can request a specific caregiver based off of their interests and what provides the highest level of comfort for each of our patients.
